a closely edentulous upper arch with a retained decideous canine peering out from the palate

Halfway giving the local, 
*POP*..
the tooth just fall straight out into his throat...

I was staring in disbelief.. @.@
quickly fished the tooth out and told the patient that the tooth was out
Without a coupland, a forcep nor my fingers!
My DSA was amazed!
we all broke out into laughters.. lol

MILK hunting

was just talking to PL and found out that i wasn't the only one having difficulties in finding the right milk in Malaysia - FRESH MILK!!! wells.. just the West Malaysia may be.. Never recall that i had this problem when i was living in Sabah..

PL is looking still. Giving up soon. Rach and i was luckier.. Rach found her's in Singapore (again, it's not Malaysia) and I found mine here.

Haahhahhh.. so maybe uk grads are having problem with milk hunting?! lol

Here's mine!! Australian Farmhouse (again, not Malaysia product) =S  and I paid about RM8 for ONE carton!

Importance of incisors!

Had 2 scuba diver coaches came in for a check up today and i got curious after seeing the 2nd patient..
It couldn't be just a coincidence that they both came for a check up on the same day..

So i went on asking the 2nd 'victim' of what's teeth to do with diving???

and he answered:" Dr... of cause they're important.. You need the front teeth to bite on the mouthpiece!"

There u go... Another reason to keep your Incisors !

huhuh... When will i be back??

My little break was just too short..
It felt surreal. Too good to be true...
In my dream, i met YY, Farah, PL, and our 3 musketeers from Manchester.
We had some seasonal fruits.
Visited Kek Lok Si in Penang.
Fed the tortoises, watch them fight for food
Spoil with Penang Char Kuih Tiaw, Laksa, Hokkian Mee, Mua Chi...
I had loads of Ferrero Rocher from UK. Thanks to Ah Hong.
We stayed in a Hydro Hotel.
Went to the white sandy beach. The boys went swimming.
WH slipped off a rock and land on the back of his head. Was shock for a bit, and started thinking that he is suffering from memory loss.
He told us his story. Taught us a lesson. Reminding us to sacrifice but still holding on to our basic principles oin life. Not to bend ourselves too much out of shape. To trust and to give trust.
Paran's shoulder massage is still one of the best.
Momo's imitation of our tutors was hilarious.
We hang out in their room.. I wished we wasn't too tired to stay up all night.

It's my twin sisters' birthday today.
Yi Pin is graduating soon.
They're now in Stockholm, celebrating with mummy, Steph and Aunty Alice.
Again, i wish i was there.
It's been long since we had a family trip together.

I'm missing them all. My Friends, My Family.

Yeh hoo!!!!! Paran, Mo and Ah Hong has finally arrived JB!!!!! =D
and they're less than 5 minutes drive away from where i am staying!

We had a short catch up just now and will be resuming this weekend.
Everyone is still the same.. just that our working environment has changed now..

Still couldn't believe that they're here in Malaysia!
Felt like i'm back in Manchester again for a split second..
Didn't know how much i have actually missed UK and our friends until i met them this evening..
